We complete all UK market research, a full visa-compliant financial model projected for three years, and a comprehensive business plan from the details you provide to us via our specially designed questionnaires, supplementary questions we may ask you and further documentation.

WHY WE OFFER THIS?

The UK Home Office introduced the "Genuine Entrepreneur" test in January 2013 and it has been applied to all initial, extension and Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILTR) applications under the Tier 1 route since then.

We are specialists in many types of business planning with over 15 years of experience.

Since 2013 we have worked with OISC regulated legal firms, plan writing companies and directly with visa applicants over the past six years and have a very strong case history, to date over 500 plans we have submitted have been approved by the UK Home Office and we believe that we have a strong understanding of what makes a plan 'approvable'.

It is important that you contact an OISC regulated legal firm and don't use a template as the Home Office/Endorsing Body use plagiarism checks, all of our business plans are original, we don't use templates and we specifically design our documents for the entrepreneur's business model.

Although the Tier 1 route is now closed to new applications, extensions and ILTR applications remain open for existing entrepreneurs with Tier 1 visas and an updated business plan is required

During this time we have also been working on other types of business plans with the companies who have now been appointed as "Endorsing Bodies" and we know what they look for in a business planning presentation.

Endorsing bodies include leading incubators, accelerators, government agencies and business development organisations.

Also, the new immigration rules announced by the UK Home Office and published in March 2019 have changed how a visa application is processed.

The Home Office Guidance effectively shows that the ‘Genuine Entrepreneur’ test has been outsourced to Endorsing Bodies.
